Ronald D. Sparks (born October 29, 1952) is an American politician from the state of Alabama. He is the former Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries. Sparks is a member of the Democratic party, and was the Democratic candidate for Governor of Alabama in the state's 2010 gubernatorial election. Sparks ran the state's Rural Development Agency from 2011 to 2017.
