His notable works include Balettan and Rajamanikyam which were among highest grossers of those years. He was the younger brother of another famous Malayalam scriptwriter T. A. Razzaq. He died of cirrhosis aged 41 on 28 September 2012 in a private hospital in Kozhikode where he had been undergoing treatment for sometime. |
