Beschreibung | Laurence Henry Tribe (* 10. Oktober 1941) ist ein US-amerikanischer Rechtswissenschaftler und University Professor Emeritus an der Harvard University. Zuvor war er als Carl M. Loeb University Professor an der Harvard Law School tätig. Als Verfassungsexperte gilt Tribe als Mitbegründer der American Constitution Society. Er ist zudem Autor von American Constitutional Law (1978), einer bedeutenden Fachliteratur in diesem Bereich, und hat 36 Mal vor dem Supreme Court der Vereinigten Staaten argumentiert. Im Jahr 2010 wurde Tribe in die American Philosophical Society gewählt. |
Even those who, like me, believe that Roe v.
