Ashok Jivraj Rabheru

Ashok Jivraj Rabheru CVO DL (born 6 April 1952 in Morogoro, Tanzania) is a British businessman. He was appointed as Commander of the Victorian Order (CVO) in the 2011 New Year Honours List for his extraordinary work for The Duke of Edinburgh's Award. He served as a trustee for DofE from 2000 to 2010, and was a core member of the steering group to raise funds for the Golden Jubillee anniversary for DofE in 2006. He still works as Chairman of the joint funding board for UK and international engagements. Furthermore, he was appointed Deputy Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire in 2011.
