He had a brief career as a fighter himself before he became a manager, amassing an MMA record of 1-3 (all 3 losses by submission). Abdelaziz is the founder and president of Dominance MMA Management. Through his company, Abdelaziz manages several UFC champions, among them Khabib Nurmagomedov, Justin Gaethje, Kamaru Usman, and Henry Cejudo. He also manages the PFL's lightweight champ Kayla Harrison and former featherweight champ Lance Palmer. |
