Als Präsident änderte Wilson die Wirtschaftspolitik der Nation und führte die Vereinigten Staaten 1917 in den Ersten Weltkrieg. Er war der führende Architekt des Völkerbundes, und seine fortschrittliche Haltung in der Außenpolitik wurde als Wilsonianismus bekannt. |
