Er spielte Pete Campbell in der AMC-Fernsehserie Mad Men, für die er sechs Nominierungen für den Screen Actors Guild Award für die herausragende Leistung eines Ensembles in einer Dramaserie erhielt und zusammen mit der Besetzung zweimal gewann. Er hatte Hauptrollen in den Filmen Alaska, Masterminds und Another Day in Paradise. Kartheiser spielte auch Connor in der WB-Fernsehserie Angel und Dr. Jonathan Crane in der dritten Staffel der HBO-Serie Titans. |
