He previously served as United States Ambassador to Poland, Acting Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs and United States Ambassador to Lithuania. Ambassador Mull holds the rank of Career Ambassador, the highest diplomatic rank in the United States Foreign Service. |
