He has been the senior coach of the Melbourne Football Club of the Australian Football League (AFL) since 2017. As a player, Goodwin tallied 275 AFL games, all as a midfielder for the Adelaide Football Club between 1996 and 2010. He won two premierships with the Crows in 1997 and 1998, was a five-time All-Australian, and captained Adelaide for his final three seasons. Goodwin was inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame as a player in 2017. |
