Listed at 6' 3", 185 lb., he batted and threw right-handed. Woodward spent his 11 years career in the Red Sox (1981–89) and Orioles (1990–91) systems. In his major league career, he posted a 4-4 record with a 5.04 ERA in 24 appearances, including 14 starts, giving up 68 runs (eight unearned) on 118 hits and 36 walks while striking out 45 in 100 innings pitched. |
