Beschreibung | Paul Nikola Spoljaric (born September 24, 1970) is a Canadian former left-handed pitcher in Major League Baseball who last played in the major leagues for the Kansas City Royals in 2000. After being signed by the Toronto Blue Jays as an amateur free agent in 1989, he went on to play for the Blue Jays (1994, 1996–1997, 1999), Seattle Mariners (1997-1998), Philadelphia Phillies (1999) and Kansas City Royals (2000). He was traded in 1997 with Mike Timlin for José Cruz, Jr. and was a member of Team Canada at the 2004 Summer Olympics, where they finished in fourth place in the baseball tournament. |
