Beschreibung | Patricia Louise Holte (geboren am 24. Mai 1944), besser bekannt als Patti LaBelle, ist eine amerikanische R&B-Sängerin, Schauspielerin und Geschäftsfrau. LaBelle wird als die "Godmother of Soul" bezeichnet. Sie begann ihre Karriere in den frühen 1960er Jahren als Leadsängerin und Frontfrau der Gesangsgruppe Patti LaBelle and the Bluebelles.
