In 2010, a reader survey in the Boston Phoenix named him Boston's best comedian of the year. In October 2011, Mehran suffered a bucket tear of the lateral meniscus requiring reparative surgery. He has made a full recovery and continues to perform at clubs and colleges and theaters all over the country. |
