Beschreibung | László Bogdán (June 3, 1974 – 14 July 2020) was a Hungarian politician who served as the mayor of Cserdi, a village inhabited mainly by Roma people in southern Hungary. He led a revitalization of the village in what became known as the "Cserdi miracle", lowering crime rates, putting most of the labour force to work, and working for a large farming program to be established. Bogdán died by suicide in 2020. |
