Charles Kevin Rogers (born August 20, 1968 in Cleveland, Mississippi) is a former left-handed Major League Baseball pitcher who played for the San Francisco Giants from 1992 to 1994. Prior to being drafted by the Giants in the ninth round of the 1988 amateur draft, Rogers attended Cleveland High School and Mississippi Delta Community College. He began his professional career as a starter in 1988 with the Pocatello Giants, going 2–8 with a 6.20 ERA in 13 starts, with 71 strikeouts in 692⁄3 innings pitched.
