The District is composed of the towns of Tulunan, Mlang, Matalam, Kabacan, Carmen and Banisilan. Prior to his election as representative, he served as board member of the Province of Cotabato from 1992 to 2001 and from 2004 to 2013. He briefly served as Vice Governor of Cotabato in 1998, by virtue of succession. |
