In 2019, Leblanc was appointed as senior advisor and congressional liaison to Haiti's Ambassador to the United States and the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2020, she successfully lobbied the U.S. congress for a 10-year renewal of the Caribbean Basin Trade and Partnership Act, originally passed in 2000. |
