Ian Edward Cooper (born 29 November 1968 in Durham, England) is a retired British ice hockey player. He is a member of the British Ice Hockey Hall of Fame and is the younger brother of fellow Hall of Fame member, Stephen Cooper. He has since started a family with children Lola Cooper and Felix Cooper. He married Ruth McCabe, now Ruth Cooper, in 1997
