Vice Chancellor of the University of Jos and a two-time Honorable Commissioner.After his death, an educational institution of higher learning in the US, the Graduate Theological Foundation instituted a fellowship in his honour called the Celestine O. E. Onwuliri Fellowship in Scientific Research and Human Values. |
