Er hat auch Mitglieder der britischen königlichen Familie porträtiert, namentlich Charles, Prince of Wales. Holden veröffentlichte zudem Übersetzungen von Opern und altgriechischer Poesie sowie mehrere autobiografische Bücher über Poker.
