He is a professor of Political Science and Development Management at Ankole Western University; and a senior consultant at ACODE. Previously, he was the dean of Faculty of Business and Development Studies at Bishop Stuart University, Mbarara, Uganda. He is a visiting professor at Bishop Stuart University. |
