Beschreibung | Ramon Abulon Ilagan, popularly known as "Mayor Mon Ilagan," is a Filipino broadcaster, politician and a former mayor of the municipality of Cainta, Rizal in the Philippines. He won the mayoralty race in his first attempt in the 2004 Philippine general elections, and has helped Cainta to become a first-class municipality during his tenure. He was once the overall spokesperson for United Nationalist Alliance, for the party itself and for former Vice President Jejomar Binay's 2016 presidential campaign. |
