Beschreibung | Victor Vechersky was born on 15th of August 1958 in Kyiv, the Ukrainian SSR of the Soviet Union and present-day Ukraine. He is a Ukrainian architect, graduated from the Kyiv State Institute of Art in 1981, architectural department. Has a Ph.D. in architecture since 2001. Awards, prizes, honorary titles: State Prize of Ukraine in the Field of Architecture in 1998 and 2007; I.
